After almost 5 wonderful years of running The Cock it's time for us to retire. 

​

It's been an incredible journey, and we've cherished every moment spent with our fantastic community.

​

We are deeply grateful to our staff for their tireless and professional work, and to our customers for their support, friendship, and loyalty throughout the years.

Thank you for all the memories and for making The Cock a very special place.

Opportunity

We are excited to announce an opportunity for passionate and innovative individuals or groups to take over the management and/or acquiring the remaining lease (3 Years) of our beloved pub, The Cock.

 

As we prepare to retire, we are seeking proposals from those who are eager to continue the legacy of our establishment,  and bring fresh ideas to its future.

​

Located in the heart of Dereham town,  The Cock has been a cornerstone of the community for these past 5 years. Known for its welcoming atmosphere, excellent service, and unique charm, it has been a gathering place for locals and visitors alike.  We are inviting interested parties to submit their proposals​
